Job Description:

We are seeking experienced F&B Restaurant Waiters to join our client's team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, making recommendations and answering questions about menu items and drinks.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the computer system.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on guests and responding to requests and concerns.
• Set up and maintain the restaurant and dining area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the F&B Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards for food and service.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a waiter in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
